SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed and payment has been successfully completed. We use standard tracked Courier Post service at your expense.


• Courier Post packages are typically delivered overnight. Our next-day delivery service is not available on weekends or holidays, nor is it available for rural deliveries. Allow three working days for rural deliveries.

• If you need your order delivered on a Saturday, please contact us and request it for an additional fee. Rural deliveries are not eligible for Saturday delivery.

• Any delivery date we provide is only an estimate of the time we will try to meet, and we will not be liable for any costs, loss, damages, charges, or other expenses incurred as a result of it.

• If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us as soon as possible because it is much easier to locate lost or missing parcels within a few days of sending them than several weeks later

NZ > TRACKED  – 7-10 days (plus 1 day processing)

AUS > TRACKED – 7-10 days (plus 1 day processing)

EU > 7-15 business days (plus 1 day processing)

WORLDWIDE > 7-15 business days (plus 1 day processing)
